These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the public marketing website for Avoranta operated by Unicentric, Inc. (“Unicentric,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at avoranta.com and related pages (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Informational site; limited beta
The Site provides general information about Avoranta and how to contact Unicentric. Avoranta is offered as a limited, invitation-only beta. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer of services to the public, a commitment to provide access, or a substitute for a signed agreement. Access to the Avoranta product, if granted, is subject to separate written terms between Unicentric and the customer organization.
2. No professional advice
Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, compliance, audit, security, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for evaluating whether Avoranta or any compliance approach is appropriate for your organization.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law
- Attempt to probe, scan, or disrupt the Site or related infrastructure
- Use automated means to scrape or harvest content in a manner that burdens the Site
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us
- Submit unlawful, harmful, or confidential third-party information without authority

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNICENTRIC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

You will defend and indemnify Unicentric against claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes arising from the Site lies in the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
